What are you going to do?
As an Implementation Specialist at Shiftbase, you guide new customers through the onboarding process and help them successfully get started with our platform. You lead customers through setup, configuration, and best practices, ensuring they can confidently use Shiftbase in their daily operations.
Our mission at Shiftbase is to help organizations organize their workforce scheduling, time tracking, and HR processes smarter. You play an important role in this by ensuring that our customers can work with confidence on our platform every day.
Your responsibilities
Tasks
Leading onboarding sessions with new customers (online meetings).
Guiding customers through setup, configuration, and workflows.
Explaining product features in a clear and structured way.
Supporting customers in becoming self-sufficient users of the platform.
Identifying potential risks during onboarding and addressing them proactively.
Collaborating with Sales and Support to ensure smooth handovers and customer success.
Results
Customers are successfully onboarded and ready to go live.
Customers adopt key features and use the platform effectively.
High customer satisfaction during onboarding.
Reduced need for follow-ups due to clear and structured guidance.
Early identification and mitigation of potential churn risks.

Your profile
You are structured, communicative, and enjoy helping customers understand and use software. You know how to guide conversations, manage expectations, and keep customers on track, even when things get complex.
You have:
Excellent communication skills in German, both spoken and written.
The ability to explain complex topics in a simple and clear way.
A structured way of working and strong organizational skills.
Empathy and patience when working with customers.
Curiosity and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
A consultative mindset: you ask the right questions before jumping to solutions.
A proactive and team-oriented attitude.
