We're looking for an experienced Corporate Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind our hiring success, owning the full recruitment cycle across departments like Product, Engineering, Marketing and Customer Success.

You’ll work closely with hiring managers to define needs, build sourcing strategies, and deliver a standout candidate experience. This is a strategic role with high visibility, perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

What you’ll do

  • Own full-cycle recruitment for roles across multiple teams.

  • Partner with hiring managers to shape job profiles and interview processes.

  • Source and engage top talent, both active and passive.

  • Run structured, inclusive interviews with speed and quality.

  • Set up KPI’s in recruitment and share data reports with MT.

  • Help shape our employer brand in key markets.

  • Promote diversity and inclusion across all hiring efforts.

What you bring

  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally in SaaS or tech.

  • Strong sourcing skills and creative talent strategies.

  • A data-driven mindset. You use metrics to improve and scale.

  • Clear communication skills in both (near) native Dutch and professional English.

  • Proactive, structured and great at building trust.

What we offer

  • Salary range: €4.200 - €6.000 gross (based on experience)

  • Full-time or part-time (32 hours) contract

  • 25 vacation days (based on full-time)

Recruitment process

1. Intro call: You’ll start with a short call with our recruiter, Marieke, to align on expectations, location, salary and basic fit.

2. First interview: You’ll meet with Karin (Head of People) and Marieke (Corporate Recruiter). During this session, we’ll dive deeper into your experiences so far and share about the challenges at Shiftbase.

3. Founder chat In the final step, you’ll have a conversation with one of our founders to align on values, mindset and our long-term vision.
