The Role

As an Implementation Specialist, you’ll be the trusted guide for our new customers, leading them through onboarding, configuration, and training. Your mission is to ensure a smooth transition into Shiftbase and set customers up for long-term success with the platform. You’ll combine customer-facing skills with technical know-how, workflow design, and a problem-solving mindset.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead customer consultation sessions to understand needs and configure their Shiftbase account accordingly.

  • Deliver engaging training sessions that empower users to get the most from the platform.

  • Manage technical onboarding and setup, customizing workflows for complex use cases.

  • Proactively check in with customers to drive adoption, prevent churn, and ensure key features are being used.

  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Product teams to share insights and improve the customer experience.

  • Track and report onboarding milestones, ensuring customers achieve measurable impact within their first 3 months.

Vereisten

What You Bring

  • Experience in customer onboarding, implementation, or customer success (SaaS experience preferred).

  • Strong consultation and communication skills and being able to explain technical concepts to non-technical people.

  • Project management skills with the ability to keep multiple onboarding projects on track.

  • Problem-solving mindset: you enjoy tackling challenges and finding scalable solutions.

  • Empathy and customer focus.

  • Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, team-oriented culture.
