About the role

As our Corporate Recruiter, you’re not just filling roles—you’re building the foundation for our future. You’ll own the entire recruitment process from end to end and play a critical role in shaping the teams that drive our success. Whether it’s Product, Engineering, Marketing, or Customer Success—you’ll partner with hiring managers to deeply understand their needs, craft targeted hiring strategies, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.

You’ll work cross-functionally, move fast, and think strategically about how recruitment can be a driver of growth. This is an opportunity to lead, influence, and create meaningful impact at every stage of the hiring journey.

Who you are

You’re an energetic, creative recruiter who thrives in scale-up environments. You bring structure to chaos, clarity to complexity, and energy to every interaction.

You are:
• Experienced – Minimum of 5 years in recruitment, ideally within SaaS, tech, or high-growth companies.
• Curious & proactive – You don't wait for briefs; you go out and find great talent.
• A connector – You build instant trust with hiring managers and candidates alike.
• Analytical – You love working with data and use it to improve decision-making.
• Bilingual – You speak and write Dutch fluently and navigate English with ease.

What you'll do

• Own full-cycle recruitment for multiple departments and job levels.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role profiles, interview plans, and scorecards.
• Build and execute smart sourcing strategies that engage both active and passive talent.
• Run structured, inclusive interview processes with clarity and fairness.
• Partner on employer branding projects to elevate our presence in key markets.
• Track and improve KPIs like time-to-fill, pipeline health, and offer acceptance rate.
• Advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion at every step of the hiring funnel.

●      Medior level: €3.500 - €4.500 per month (excluding 8% holiday allowance).

●      Senior level: €4.500 - €6.000 per month (excluding 8% holiday allowance).
