
Job description
We’re looking for an experienced German-speaking Corporate Recruiter to join our growing team and drive hiring success in the German market.
In this role, you will take ownership of the full recruitment cycle for Germany, hiring across departments such as Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and potentially Product or Engineering as we scale.
You will work closely with hiring managers in Germany and the Netherlands to define hiring needs, build effective sourcing strategies and ensure an outstanding candidate experience.
In this role, you will be the first recruiter for Shiftbase in Germany and as such this is a high-impact role with strong visibility, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment and wants to build recruitment in a scaling international company. Germany is a high-potential growth market for Shiftbase, and attracting the right people will define our success there.

Our DACH team already consists of 12+ colleagues across Sales, Support, Consulting, and Customer Success. Demand is growing fast, and so is our ambition. We are expanding our German presence and strengthening our local teams and that means hiring great people at pace.
As our first Germany-focused Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in driving our growth on the ground. You’ll help build the teams that shape Shiftbase’s future in Germany.
What you’ll do
Own full-cycle recruitment for all German-based roles
Partner with hiring managers to define job profiles and structured interview processes
Proactively source and engage top talent (active and passive candidates)
Conduct structured, inclusive interviews with a strong quality focus
Set and monitor recruitment KPIs and report insights to leadership
Build and strengthen Shiftbase’s employer brand in Germany
Continuously improve recruitment workflows and candidate experience
Job requirements
What you bring
3–5+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in SaaS or tech
Experience hiring commercial roles (Sales, Customer Success) is a strong plus
Solid knowledge of the German labor market
Strong sourcing capabilities and creative talent strategies
Data-driven mindset
Excellent communication skills in German (native level) and professional English.
Structured, proactive and confident in stakeholder management
